Returns & Exchanges
♥ We hope that you never want to return an 24Hrs product, but if you do, we aim to make it as easy as possible:
Inside your package you will receive a packing slip – all you need to do is write your return/exchange details on the slip, and note why you are returning it. Include this packing slip in your package to send back to us, and send it to:

♥ Returns and Exchange policy:
We are happy to refund or exchange any item in a saleable condition that is received by our returns department within 30 days. After 30 days we are unable to process a refund, but we will issue a store credit to your online account. We work out the 30 day period based on the info from the delivery tracking numbers. We strongly recommend that you obtain a tracking number for your returns too, for your benefit and proof of return.
To receive store credit, you have to have an online account set up – if you don’t we’ll drop you an email asking you to set one up. Store credit currently has no expiration date, so you are free to keep it until you see a new item you just have to have!
We aim to process all returns within 7 business days, but please bear in mind that your refund may not appear in your account immediately, depending on your bank.
What we can’t offer a return on:
- Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- We cannot offer refund on Gift Certificates
- For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear!
How to package your return:
- Make sure you return items in their original box and packaging, and protect the package – we ask that you return all footwear both in the original shoebox and inside another packing box, to protect our lovely shoes! This is essential to be eligible for a return.
- Please make sure you include all labels, packaging and tags, and that items are in their original condition.
We can only offer refund on items purchased at full price, but if you would like to return an item you purchased within a sale, with a discount code, through a promotion or that was marked as a closeout, we are happy to offer you an exchange or store credit.
We will process all refunds back onto the card originally used for payment – unfortunately we cannot process any other direct repayments, such as to another card or bank account.
